HISTORY

LeatherWeb believes that The Global Leather Village should "think globally and act locally" in terms of it's history, herstory and hetstory. This means we should all support local archives as well as national.

Some cities already have their own archives such as San Francisco. Los Angeles warehouses its materials but has no archivist. San Diego submitted muich of it's history on CD-ROM. We should all contribute: First in doing our own history and then supplying copies to local, regional and inter-national repositories.
